An issue with long threads, directly selecting a page number

There are time when I want to go to page 478 and that works fine just by typing it into the box at the top of the page to change it, but it only accepts three figures, so now we have some longer threads this feature takes me to page 136 instead of 1368

Change to man sized threads in your settings?

This is a known issue and the techies are looking into it.
As already said, changing page settings to show more posts per page is a workaround.
