New accounts with zero posts getting banned for spamming

Why are new accounts with zero posts being banned for spamming and trolling - surely it's pretty difficult to do either if you haven't posted?

For one, dontbanmeihaventposted.

Sort of moot now, I wanted to post something important to me, but it involves someone else's medical history so I needed it to be relatively anonymous and not linked to my account. Which it would be now.

We do ban many new Spam accounts that have not posted on a daily basis.

Well dual profiles are not allowed:-

ROP No.21
Do not create multiple profiles, attempt to use another members account to post content without permission, attempt to gain access to other users' data in any way, or impersonate anyone.

and the email domain returned "DISPOSABLE / TEMPORARY DOMAIN" which we don't allow.
