Russia/Ukraine thread oddities

Might just be my end but some oddities being experienced with the Russia Ukraine thread. I've had two posts go walkabouts and 500 errors multiple times. The thread details in the NP&E forum homepage show now posts since 1650, but clicking on the actual topic shows multiple new posts.

Has it finally broken the hamsters?

Same for me - no new posts showing on front page for the thread in NP&E but plenty of new posts in the thread

Meantime as a result it's slipping down the page because clearly forum software is not recognising any new posts

Two sets of quadruple posts, and I get error 500 when trying to post.

Multiple posts are normally because of the Fiat 500 warning "something went wrong"

People go back on their browser and then submit again (re-post) thinking that their post wasn't made - then you get multiple posts

Just had the same problem. Also, the last post I can see in the topic is not the same as the one shown one the index page for the section.

Same: can post fine (ignoring the 500 error) and it does appear, but it is not showing as new posts on the main page.

I've just started volume 3 so hopefully that should sort out the problems.

Can you put a link in the last post in the thread for those that don't check the thread on a regular basis?

Maybe edit vonubers post if you can't add another post?

This is a result of changing the thread length, so we'll be reverting back to starting new volumes, albeit at 20k posts instead of 10k posts. Thanks all!
