How to get post notifications on old thread I started?

As above? I started a thread after my motorbike accident a few years ago (2017) and for some reason, didn’t check the “get notified of replies to the thread” box.

Is this something that can be edited/done retrospectively?

Don't they pop up on "My Stuff"?

It will show in My Stuff and can be bookmarked. This will not send notifications of replies in the thread, but does make it a bit easier to find the thread and see at a glance when the last post was made.
