Images are breaking when they are quoted. I think it's the pasted in links but it may be thumbsnap uploads too. Instead of quoting as [img] [/img] the image code is being changed and they are quoting as [img] [/thumb]

(I posted an image in the GBBO thread, it happened in the preview when I quoted it but I changed the code to [/img] and it works)

Thanks for raising this. This is actually a really simple fix for you when using the code – you're using a capital I, e.g. [Img] which is breaking it. However if you use a lower case i, eg. [img] then you won't have any issues.

Ok, that's a phone typing/autocorrect thing, the capital I after a [ is automatic when I'm typing it ie. . I've seen it happen in other threads, it's not just me. Could the system be less picky about upper/lower case?

Ah yes of course, that makes sense. Unfortunately that's not a simple fix that we're able to make right now, so please bear this in mind and change to a lower case i when typing. Apologies for the frustration here.

You quoting my closing tag there has changed [/img] to [/thumb] . Is that the same issue?

This is just due to when a post is quoted, we show a thumbnail instead of the full size image in the quoted post. So as you can see here, it has happened again. So even if you'd used a lower case i e.g. [img] [/img] it'll still convert both to thumb if you quote it. If that makes sense at this time on a Friday biggrin (if you try quoting this post, you'll see what I mean)
