A post of mine was removed by a moderator this
Morning for advertising. It was on a thread where we often discuss specific models.

The post showed the advertisement of my former car by a garage not related to me who is selling it for strong money.

I’m confused as to why this is against the rules and how the barge thread survives with this rule in place?

You didn’t say that the car or the advert were not yours and as such, the moderator removed the post.
