Tried posting the same text as a reply to this post, with the same result.

It's a question about automatic audio switches, can't see anything obscene, offensive, illegal or defamatory in the text

Just letters, numbers and a forward slash in kitchen/diner

Does such a thing exist?

I've got a Tangent Ampster BT 2 in the kitchen/diner, driving ceiling speakers.
2 line level inputs, TV and Echo Dot.

To make things easy to use, an automatic switch that can accept two RCA or 3.5mm inputs to one output would seem to be the answer.
I can find HDMI auto switches, but not ones for analogue audio.

First and last bits post OK, so something in the middle sentence is causing the problem

The amp will come out of standby when a source is playing, and go into standby again if the signal stops, but only on the input that was last selected.

Hmm, changing "sleep" to "go into standby again" resolves the issue. Very odd

I've had that a few times but never got around to reporting it. As you say changing some of the text (absolutely nothing offensive or remotely dodgy involved, no embedded control codes) will allow the post to go through. It's a weird one for sure.
