These are hard to spot or block as they are programmatic advertising (e.g. sold through Google or another digital ad agency and then served on our site).

Will keep an eye out for it to see if we can identify the buyer to put them on a blocked list - next time (unfortunately you have to do this) if you click through that will give us the URL of the site and we can block it based on that.
