Trying to reply on the Aston forum...

There is one sentence that gives me '403 Forbidden'. Take it out, and rest posts as normal. Weird!

I just tried to add it here, but got '403 Forbidden' again!

Let me try adding bits...

'their current positions and fit bigger ones further down each pipe?'

OK that worked. Now the other bit...

'Would it be possible'

Now the last bit:

'to delete the cats'

It's the word 'from' it doesn't like. The sentence is 'Would it be possible to delete the cats' and then 'f r o m'.

It's the PH brain-dead approach to SQL injection prevention.

It sees "delete"

and

"from" in the same line and blocks it.

(line breaks as, obviously, this post is subject to the same brain-dead rules).

Thanks, I'd never have guessed that. Thought there was some perfectly normal word that had suddenly become Very Bad to use.

How about getting the system to explain what's happened, so we can edit to suit?

Something must have changed because I just got it again.

The offending post this time was:

'I got an updated DVD for £30 from a gentleman on the internet. 2015 I think. Works fine, and adds postcode f u n c t i o n (which amazingly the early versions don't have). Figuring out how to use it is of course another matter on the abacus-type screen with its seemingly reverse Polish logic!'

This time I guessed the offender on the second attempt - not 'logic' but 'f u n c t i o n' which I have to space out.

Something needs changing I think.
