Posts Moved from SP&L to NP&E
Discussion
Looks like one of the PH team explained the situation, the last time you asked, back in March:

I have just come back from 7 days in ze cooler.
My offence? I posted in SP&L. The posts were then moved to NP&E. How could I have known that those posts would be moved? Thereby putting me in breach of a PH rule?
Do you mean you were given a week ban because your post was in NP&E where you wouldn't have been able to post yourself - even though it wasn't you that put it there, it was a mod who moved it?My offence? What bizarre 'moderation', unless there was more to it than that?
Possible one mod moved it, then another mod assumed you had somehow circumvented the posting restriction and banned you for that?

My question is - how could I know that a thread about:-https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
1. A baby killed by a dog.
2. A car crash.
3. A stabbing
Would be deemed not to be SP&L, but should in fact, be in NP&E?
Why should I be suspended for that?

It seems obvious to me when you write about a car crash thus:1. A baby killed by a dog.
2. A car crash.
3. A stabbing
Would be deemed not to be SP&L, but should in fact, be in NP&E?
"Five people missing in Cardiff. Three later found dead in car crash.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-64859195 "
ETA: and previously,
"A 5 month old baby was savaged by a dog in Wales.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-65441162
Do you think too many people have got too many dogs?"

There should probably be some kind of flag for when a moderator moves a thread that the OP or other contributors to it are banned from the destination forum.
Though the threads the OP has created seem very NP&E centric, so I can sort of understand why just creating them elsewhere if they've been banned from NP&E wouldn't impress the mods much.

Something's not quite clear here .
Movement of posts from SPL to NPE, shouldn't result in a ban, the OP I presume isn't banned from NPE due to his post count, so he's just restricted from posting in that section.
If he was actually banned for 7 days as he said, he should have received a email explaining why .
So what was the PH explanation?

I'm guessing it was for deliberately trying to evade the NP&E posting restrictions - by starting threads in the wrong place.Movement of posts from SPL to NPE, shouldn't result in a ban, the OP I presume isn't banned from NPE due to his post count, so he's just restricted from posting in that section.
