I'm getting this on average twice a day and having to reset cookies twice a day!

I mentioned it in a previous thread about it to save on creating another thread but it was ignored. It seems to be getting worse. Or I am checking PH more?

Anyway, any tips?

Just the forum section (any page in the forum section including My Stuff, my profile, what's new). The rest of the site is fine!

Thanks for the reports here – ideally we need more information so that we can try and reproduce the issue. Are you getting the 500 error every time you try and create/report the same post? What post is it? Feel free to drop me a PM with more information if it's sensitive and we'll try and reproduce the issue. Thanks!

It just will happen when viewing anyone's post suddenly and without any warning. Or when creating a post. It hasn't happened for 3 days but it will probably happen very soon. I can't identify any other pattern of behaviour, sadly.

Oh, it's any area of the Forum but the rest of the website is fine.

Next time it happens I'll clear the data, log back in again, go through the GDPR BS yet again and then tell you it's happened so perhaps you can look at the logfile related to my IP or username?

Thanks for the info, anything you can provide in the future to help us try and recreate the issue will be great but it sounds like that might be difficult. Sorry we can't help at this time.

It's like the grinding noise on my Merc. It sometimes occurs but as my trusted local garage said, it'll probably not happen when I turn up at their premises so they won't be able to diagnose it.

It just happened after going away for an hour. I last looked at someone's profile page.

Edit: just tested that by revisiting said profile page. All fine.

Just happened again. Here's what I visited.

On the What's New list, I saw the 250 Lusso thing and went to google it.

Not sure why, but I'm getting this for What's New now. The rest of the forum works fine, which is different to my usual experience. Clearing cookies does not work so I'm guessing it's happening for everyone?

PH Hamsters are definatly broken it seems.
I cannot access any forum catagories without the Ooops 500 error. I can access My Stuff and view topics from there. But if I then click on that forum from the topic error again.
I got here by searching for the 500 error and clicking this topic in results.

Same for me. Started about 10:22...

I managed to get here via searching google for pistonheads 500 and clicking a link...

I cant access anything below the Forum index. I can see other people have been posting and if I search via the news page can get to some pages, but if I choose anything directly from the forum index I get a 500.

I have tried different browsers/machines and also tried my phone using its data connection and have the same problem - whether I am logged in or not.

Help - I am in danger of having to do work!!!

Thanks...
