Forum post moved, now cant reply

I started a topic in the lounge, and it has now been moved to a forum im unable to post in, very frustrating.
As an aside i have been a user here since the site started, just under another name as i didnt use for a while and forgot my login, i even was asked by the site to write an artical once, and gladly did under my old account, seems daft that i cant reply to my own topic, and have no desire to be able to post in npe anyway, as threads in there always go the same way.

Thanks for the constructive help, it was just ment as a bit of a rant at the mods moving something to a place the op cant reply in, seems abit daft, npe is where topics go for a predictable argument

Not a mod, but if you've been here that long then surely you're aware of the posting restrictions that were introduced last year?

It also appears the thread you started is basically news related (YouTuber shot) so someone moved it to NP&E from The Lounge accordingly

The answer is not to start N,P&E threads in any forum other than N,P&E.

If you don't have rights to the N,P&E forum, then don't start threads on those subjects.

sorry if i have a life outside of the web, and i certainly dont have 22k plus forum posts, all the ban means is that sad internet trolls get to post, dumb rule, and sorry ive been on pistonheads way before you

The problem there could be if their original username was banned and this is the returning account - they might accidently out themselves - wouldn't be the first time it's happened

Edited to add - the above post is a joke about previous returning banned posters complaining about access to NP&E and poster above may not actually be one of those.
