PH Search Facility Disappeared!

Interesting (sort of!). I discovered that while using a VPN on my device Google seems to get 'concerned' about my usage and my Google searches are preceded by a request to confirm I'm not a robot. Bizarre. Anyway, as a result of that the PH search facility (which is actually provided by Google) disappears.

All sorted now after stopping the VPN...

Just for the record, the message was:-
This network is blocked due to unaddressed abuse complaints about malicious behavior. This page checks to see if it's really a human sending the requests and not a robot coming from this network.
