Issue with Firefox on OSX

Hi, I'm using PH on a mac running OSX 11.4 and Firefox and have been for years without issue.
In the past couple of weeks, PH is only accepting one or two mouse clicks before I have to refresh the page.
Buttons and Text highlight when hovering over them but no clicks are accepted.
Just to get this message out has taken a few refreshes.
Hope you can help.
