How do you upload pictures to this forum?

TinyPic is no more.,...I have searched but theres no help..........how do I upload pictures....very difficult it seems.
Yes I am new to this foum but I am not new to the internet and other forums its so much easier.

Look through your downloaded .jpeg files & select the photo you want

Just to jump in on this topic for several weeks now I've been unable to upload pics as a message saying 'permissions denied' pops up when I try any ideas?

Did you get any solution to this? I also don't have the option to upload photos. I joined a few months ago

Me either....There's no link nor does the pic markup work, just says I have to wait 14 days even though I joined on 26th July.
