I’d imagine it’s because this weekend is a massive PH event at Bicester and everyone will be working on / at it.

I asked for a change of email address, followed the instructions and got a personal response from a member of staff by email (to the new email address) and they still haven't actioned it. That was 1st July. Customer service it is not.

For what it's worth I haven't complained, until now, despite asking for it to happen and following the procedure twice.

I guess incompetence is as free as site.

I cant comment on the delay in changing an email but the above is true. The PH staff are busy at the Annual Service.

It certainly won’t be a time frame of literal hours on a Friday afternoon/weekend.

I would recommend you sign out and await your request to be actioned.
