Can’t upload photos?

Since I’ve rejoined I’ve noticed that I can’t upload photos? There is no upload a photo option at the top of messages

Is this a time limited thing?

I was spending too much time on here a few years ago and deleted my profile

I’ve just tried to post a link to something and it said I can’t do that for 2 weeks so maybe that’s why as the photos are links I think
