Annoying Cookie Popup Keeps Popping up

In the last few days, using this site, I keep getting the cookies message pop up. It does it every time I open a page or click on a link and even just randomly when I am reading a post. It is driving me mad and making the site unusable. I haven't changed any settings on my PC and this is the only site doing it. Any ideas?
