Trouble posting in Readers Cars

Tyring to create a thread in readers cars but keep on getting 404 error ?

Do I have to have a number of posts to create here?

You should have the privileges to enable you creating a new thread in reader’s cars.
I suspect it may be related to the text you are trying to post.
