Thumbs up appropriate?

Just noticed that there is a thumbs up against the Ronnie Barker is Dead thread. While I can see that it means it is a laudable thread it could be misconstrued as him dying was a good thing.

Or is it me being too sensitive?

It's to do with "rate this thread"... so people are saying it's a good thread to read...

Yep, it did cross my mind too. If I can find some better icons for recommendations then I'll use them.

Green - good thread
Orange - indifferent / not enough votes
Red - bad thread

Actually I think that might be too logical for PH
