Popup blocked?

I get this intermittantly with the smilies link, the formatting link and the preview button. Some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. Not pop-up blocker as I don't touch the settings, it's always on but always allowed those links up until about maybe october, now it just works intermittantly. From one reply to the next, I never can tell if it'll work this time or not (the preview button, that is).
