Shop problem

Just ordered a calendar, all went through OK, however the "all done!" page is completely unbranded (looks like no CSS applied) and all the links on it (e.g. to "home", "back to shop" etc.) are pointing at https://select.worldpay.com/shop/ or https://select.worldpay.com/aequitas/prodtype.asp?prodtype=7 and so forth.
