jump to new posts?

I might just be being blind / stupid / combination of both, but is there no way to jump to new posts point in a thread? on some other forums I belong to beside the thread title is another button so you can go straight to where you left off reading, rather than having to search through. Not relevant on short posts I know, but some of these threads that are 10's of pages long it can be a pain.

You can opt to have all threads running "back to front", so latest posts are at the top...

still got to find where you left off though, just hunting front to back rather than back to front.
