What's with the PH logo on some profiles?

I've noticed that in a number of threads that the "celebrity" posters (Ted, Vixpy, Mrs Fish) have the PH logo next to their name - what's the significance of that?

OK never been to any PH events bar the VW ones, but I'm not going to Le Mans this year and I feel the need to dust the tent off. However I can't say yes to anything that far in advance due to the flexibilty of work can I just say I'm coming if I'm in the UK and get a posh logo then .
