how do you beome a mod?

i'd have thought that i would have been a good candidate for a spot of modding now that Ted probably thinks i'm a bit of a scally after yesterdays stretch in the sin bin!
maybe it would be a good idea that PH'ers who get put in the bin do a spot of modding.i guess it would be a bit like PH probation!
what do you think Ted?
