Quite often someone will post a link to a previous thread if that topic has been covered etc.

How do you do that, it all seems to be numbers & squigles to me.

I bet someone answers this question with a link to previouse thread.

They're just copying the address out of the address bar at the top of the browser.

Better to answer it with a link to this thread.

If you are in internet explorer, look at your address section up top.

Highlight it.

Press Ctrl-C

Open a reply and press Ctrl-V

You should get:
