why cant i submit a flim

im trying to upload some footage on piston heads tv, but keep gettin the same message,

any idea?

For some reason many of the uploads are failing so I've suspended it until I can work out why. Didn't want to pi$$ people off by having them upload more films only to be told they didn't work.
