Email reminders - can they have.....?

Any chance we can have the thread title and the poster's name in the subject title of the emails that get sent out when someone replies to a post you've subscribed to? Then we wouldn't have to check every single email only to find they're all for the same thread.

i.e. "Gassing Station: Bloke has replied to My Thread Title"

Also, other forums send out one email telling you someone has replied and then don't send out any for subsequent posters until you've been to the page. That way your inbox isn't filled by lots of very similar posts.
