thread pages keep sticking

hi Ted,
got a bit of a problem here. whenever i read a thread on a forum and go to go back to the main forum page it sometimes freezes and you can't get back to the gassing station! it just happened to me a minute ago and when i came back on there were no "new" emblems by the forums although i could see the previous post was only a couple of moments ago on some of the forums! is the forums auto-updating themselves or is it something my end?
