Clickable Smiles

Rather than cutting and pasting the smiley tags or attempting to remember them (which I find difficult with the few braincells I've got left), could we have clickable ones on the smilies dialog instead please?

I suggested something similar for bold and italic text, as well as inserting pictures... back in 2003!
