why when i go to the shop on here.... need to buy stickers and things. do i keep getting my card rejected

i've got a visa electron card and tried a meastro card as well but it keeps saying card rejected but gives no reason..

and yes before anyone says it i do have the funds in my account..

anyone else had this problem..or any ideas how i buy using say cheque.
