Keep getting this message when I try and quote - it's my router playing up again or the site?

A trappable error (C0000005) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.

There are moments it hangs for a while too.

Has someone forgot to top up their water today?

Yeah i did have a hunt around for a few hours lastnight but the combination of not knowing a great deal about the hosting arrangement and the vagueness of what results i did find meant i couldn't find anything conclusive, though i'm sure you've looked into it for considerably longer.
I'll let you know if i do find anything of relevance, and i'll ask a few mates who should be more knowledgable than i am about it

Can you turn off debug exception catching as a temporary measure and then enable autodump?
