Is Hotmail still a problem for sending e-mails via PH?

...only I keep being told I have mail only to find I don't - I've looked in my Hotmail Junk-Mail folder as well?

In order to check if it is still a problem I logged into PH, went into [My Profile] and clicked [E-Mail Me].

I then got the message:

"Oops...

Sorry, you don't have permission to send emails".

Help please!

The permissions thing is a red herring, but something I will check out for you.

However, receiving PH mail via Hotmail is a problem. I haven't got to the bottom of it but you're not the first to mention it.
