How can I speed things up?

I've been finding thigs very slow on the forums for a good few weeks.

Pages stick and take ages (30 seconds) to open, thought it was me, but I've reinstalled everything and done some serious reg-key cleaning. Now all other websites run like lightning but PH is still super sticky quite often.

Is a fix on the way back from PC World?

I'm working on it currently. Made some changes last week which have had a positive effect but there's still some work to do.
