cant see pics

when i click on a thumbnail to enlarge in the classifieds or on the news feed all i get is a blank page however when i enter the news feed's reply to topic i can veiw them no problem ive tried adjusting my browser setting but im not sure which bit fixes it i have internet exploerer 7 and mc scaffe security

We've had a number of issues with McAfee security / ad-blocking causing pictures to be blocked. I thought we'd got around them now but it may be the case that McAfee is still interfering with PH.

Either turn it off briefly to prove the point or reconfigure it to trust PH's content. Not sure how you do that in McAfee I'm afraid.

thanks anyway i guessed it was probs due to mc scaffe as ive never had an issue on any other computer last time i tried meddling with it the dam program fought back and had to be removed and reinstalled might just remove it for the moment more hassle than its worth

Looks like one of the stylesheets hasn't been loaded when the page is loaded.

Only started happening since the recent change. I've just noticed that the number of pages isn't always listed either, so if you want to zone in on say page 9 the option isn't there. (So you have to click the topic, then click page 9) This seems to have cropped up since the addition of the chevrons.

Could you give me an example of this please.

Incidentally, as of tomorrow, the chevrons will allow you to go to the first new post since your last visit.

Summat else. When you click on a topic in what's new my stuff it used to (logically) take you to the last page, it now takes you to the first page...is there a setting I can change?

Also, when you return to my stuff the topics are all "live again" as if you've not seen the new posts (i.e. not greyed out)
