Well if you don't mind my saying so, that's completely out of order. We put up with an awful lot of totally shit, meaningless and stupid threads on P&P 'oh yes you did' 'oh no you didn't' 'nuke it from orbit' blah blah and they run to pages of pointless stupid drivel.
People who post, 5,10,20,000 times are doing PH a favour in terms of page hits and helping the business justify more ad revenue, so I'm somewhat cross - especially as nobody had THE SIMPLE DECENCY to contact me with an explanation. Furthermore, the post did not infringe any posting guidelines that I'm aware of.
So, mods, if you're watching this, kindly come out of kinding and tell me exactly WHY you have such a problem with somebody saying 'I've posted 20,000 times'. Are you ashamed of it? Must it be kept secret? Your answer please, because as PH veteran I

Its great that you are a very active member, but to be celebrating just how much time you spend posting is just plain sad, and really, no one else gives a hoot.
If you don't cool down, and stop abusing us, then you might want to log off for the night before some Mod (most likely Ted) takes offence and hauls you up on it.
You are invited here to join in, however PH isn't a god given right for you to spout any old crap you like. And as Mods thats why we take time to help Ted run the site for what it is today.
Agreed. Being insulted by a mod as well didn't help. I have suggested to him that he should adopt your own well-balanced style of moderation which we all appreciate and has helped to make PH the success it is.
