Request to remove a picture

I think the phrase is "so what?" do you honestly believe everyone appearing in the background of any photo has to give their permission before being used, no. It's your own bloody fault for walking into the shot when the photo was being taken and ruining the picture. Your face is not visible so apart from your shocking choice in wardrobe which I hope you don't wear on a daily basis how is anyone going to recognise you, unless you have the most famous and recognisable rear end in Holland?
And as for saying "this person seems to be a criminal person" how can you say that on the basis of a photo? How would you like your details being passed onto this person so he can taken action against this act of internet libel.

I had assumed that she has (had?) a 'relationship' with the PHer in question, she is standing very close to the car not just walking past it. Now wants (for whatever reason) to 'distance' herself?
Then she should take it up with the person in question and not with us. We aren't a relationship guidance group you know

That's the OP's profile, I meant the one with the photo in question (her ex?)
