Request to update 'My profile'

In 'my profile' > 'Topics I Started' it says 0-30 days, 30-60 days etc. I'd really like the option to fill in a month because it's slightly annoying to search back for just 30 days at a time. For instance if I'd like to check a post from say 2 years ago it'd take a while.

Wonderfull option to fill in a page at the forums now . . . A big bow, and I was wondering the possibilities to update 'My profile' in the same way . . .
