I've briefly glanced over it quickly and it seems ok to me.

Greenock is near Glasgow - so that's not an issue.

It's the same person and the same car - one ad is 51 days old, the other is 2 days old. The 2 day old ad has an extra 7k on the clock - so that's straight enough.
