PH Shop not answering emails?

I sent the following to [e-mail] yesterday but havent had a reply:

I have just received my PH Zippo and was slightly supprised to find it wasnt black with a PH logo but chrome with a PH logo.
The picture in the shop looks like a black ice Zippo with an engraved logo.

Is the lighter supposed to be chrome or black?

(and yes I am an impatient buger but I want to use my Zippo (but only if it is the right one))

The shop have now confirmed that they are chrome with a PH logo.

The Zippos are chrome i'm afraid as stated in the description. However if you don't like it then send me a PM and i'll sort it for you

Oh no I like it. I just wasnt sure it was right because I looked at the picture and saw a black one. I didnt read the text on the front page
