URLs and apostrophes

URL formatting seems to have problems with an apostrophe...

The first one works but the other two don't:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin's_Law (raw URL)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin's_Law  (URL only)

Godwin's Law (URL and text)

Interesting one. Not sure an apostrophe is a legal character in a URL. I'll look into it.
