Around the time you changed to this swanky new software, my forum name suddenly became capitalised (i assume suddenly, but it might have happened gradually while i wasn't looking). I've always been agent006 before and now i'm Agent006 and it's gone and ruined the feng shuei. I've tried changing it on the profile page (it won't have it as it can't see the difference between a and A), and i log on in lower case. Any ideas, or will i have to change it to something different and then back to lowercase afterwards?

I will have a look at this tomorrow when back at work, but seems slightly odd as your name is lowercase in the database and others with lowercase starts don't have a problem.. will keep you informed of what I find

Try changing it to something random and then change it back to your correct feng shuei version.

You've once logged in with a capital A in your name. Delete the PH name cookie, and login with lower case - sorted wink

grr. it doesn't work bigmouth

Once I deleted all PH cookies and logged in as bodo, it recognized the lower case:

however, as soon as I went into the forums, it recognized my previously set PH style, user's credentials and upper case login name confused
It's probably not stored in cookies for the forum anymore...

It's gone now. Have you fixed it or did it just get bored and slope off?

I will claim the fix wink... But in truth I think the cookie got bored (good technical phrase there smile and referred back to the database name.
