Can't Log In!

Right, made a temp profile to post this. My usual profile is -Z- www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/profile.asp?memberId...

It's not letting me log in with the correct password. Even had a reminder sent in case I'm crazy and still doesn't work.

Any help appreciated!

I would start with clearing temporary internet folders and cookies, PH login credentials are kept in the cookies, maybe they got confused.

Tried that, it's letting me log in with this profile fine, also tried different pc's and now at a different location and still not working!

not that I know why but have your tried the .com address, I know that if I am logged into .com and I visit .co.uk I have to log in again

perhaps the name is causing a problem.

The '-' is a coding so could be that - even more possible as you can login with a "normal" name.

Thanks for the replies, just tried .com/.co.uk but no dice. The coding theory sounds good, if a mod could change my profile name to say Zaid that'd be great

I just remembered a strange symptom. It first happened when I tried to post and it wouldn't let me because I wasn't signed in. I went to the pistonheads.com front page it said I was signed in and even let me access my profile. I signed out, cleared cookies but now I can't log in anywhere!

I have reset the password and set the login failures to zero again, this will sort out the problem. You will have been sent an email with the new password, hope that helps... and let me know if any problems, either here or email me [e-mail]

PS (Though currently working through a million emails since getting back from holiday... think I wont go away again )
