why cant I start a topic or reply?

Hi Ted, site wont let me start a topic, edit or reply, when I click on any of the above links it takes forever to load and then goes to a Gateway timeout.
Can you help?

Ummm... isn't this a topic?? Only kidding, if you try and edit a topic does it just time out, like if you click edit on the top of your previous post?
