FFS slow again

What needs to be done to this site
in order for it to run at a comparable rate to nearly any other site i visit.

I'm one of the First to point out the fact its a great site in defence,
but the seemingly constant problems we see with access here, are really getting bloody irritating,

is it the Scousers BTW
