U18s area?

Been talking to a few fellow under 18s on MSN this evening, and we've agreed it might be a good idea to have an under 18s forum on PH? There are quite a few young members, and a lot of us fear for posting incase of being flamed because we know nothing about cars as we're not old enough to drive them. I understand it may be hard to moderate and it wouldn't be possible to completely ban over 18s, but it could be worth a try and would provide us somewhere to chat about cars? Just a suggestion, no worries if it's not possible.

Agreed. Sounds liek a good idea, not that i dont enjoy talking with all of you insane people that make me worried to ever drive, but it would be nice to talk to some people about cars that like me can't actually drive them.

I think our younger members are safer not being clearly identified as being under 18.

I agree with Ted.. .I feel that younger members have as much to say as the older members on PH things and shouldn't need for a seperate area. Some of the under 18s have better posts than some over 18, and vice versa!... so no need to seperate them out in my opinion.

Well, I've had a couple of chats with an under-18 member the last couple of days - have to say I was remarkably surprised when he told me that he wasn't going to buy a Paxo or Coarser as his first car.

Nearly fell off the sofa.
