Menu thingy at top of page not working properly

As above, whenever I mouse-over the links at the top they sometimes stay "expanded" and doesn't disappear unless I reload/refresh the page.

This a common problem or is it a setting problem with my computer? Other forums are fine...

This happens to me too, although I don't really care.

I think the most pressing issue here is the fact that one of your links says "ARRSE". Please explain yourself.

Ahyhow, I've solved this problem by changing my forum skin in he "Preferences" menu. I changed it to "big blue" and now have no such problems.
