Why has my topic on 2CV sound insulation been moved?!

As above?! who has done this and why? just because i state 2cv in the title doesnt mean that it should get binned to the french section surely? My question is about insulation, id like to have it open to as many ppl as poss so i can get my answer! My question is not specific at all, it could be about any car. So what is the point in haveing a general gassing section if i cant ask a general question???

Just start another one without mentioning anything about a specific car?

Yea, i never look through all the different forums. So i guess most other ppl do the same, have a quick peek at general gassing, look at a few other specific forums and the classifieds then leave. Id like to ask a question and would like the best chance of getting the answer id like. So, Because the question is not only about french cars, but about sound proofing in general... i thought it best to be put to biggest audience, which would then give me the best chance of getting the advice i would like and need.
