Can't see links or URLs

I can read mails okay but when there is an obvious link to be clicked I just can't see it.

I must need to set my preferences somewhere but again I can't find what I am looking for.

Is this on the email newsletter, or is this in the forum topics like this? Also what browser/mail client or online webmail (if appropriate)/operating system are you using?
