Recently been getting the occasional "Sorry an error has occured" message while browsing PH, but just lately it seems to have spread to the classifieds and is becoming very frequent frown

Thought Id point it out hehe

Frequent here too, the snafu causes a dialogue box to pop up saying that the problem encountered involved the add-on Flash8.ocx and caused IE to shut down.

Ditto here.

Seems to be when an AD is struggling to load in the top corner.

Just had it again, this time i captured the screen. If you look in the bottom left it may give someone a clue to what advert is causing the problem.

Very bad. No crashing, just "an error has occurred" - happening in all areas of PH.

If it's the adverts can they be switched off until it's sorted? It's a real pain in the arse, especially when only half the page loads while it's waiting for an ad to load.

Finding the site a lot slower again over the last couple of days. A real shame after the problems were finally sorted in the last couple of months.

Dammit it's doing it while I'm trying to post this furious

We have lost a database server that got a bit poorly yesterday and now completely gone. I am trying to sort it out now, but have removed it from the website so errors should stop.
